Ahmed Rashed
Director and CEO
With over 10 years of Business Management, Mr. Ahmed Rashed brings a clear vision to Chellsey Institute as becoming the top Aesthetics training college in the GTA and beyond. His aim is to provide professional training and quality education in a welcoming, modern facility, which encourages and supports students from their first day and beyond.
Mr. Rashed learned a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors followed by acceptance to McMaster University in Ontario to pursue a Ph.D. in Science. From there he has gained years of teaching experience that has given him insight and expertise in the field of education. He has taken on successful business owners over the last 10 years in a multitude of industries including Education as a Chemistry teacher. He brings forth passion and initiative to encourage the success of every student.
Hanan Ahmad
Director and Co-Owner
Hanan embarked on her journey into the beauty industry in 2014, fueling her passion for helping others enhance their natural beauty. Over the years, she has cultivated a deep understanding and mastery of various aspects of the industry, from cosmetic product knowledge to cutting-edge treatment techniques. Hanan is an active member of the broader beauty community, always staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technologies. She continues to mentor and inspire countless individuals to pursue their dreams in the beauty industry. Her commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning stands as a testament to her success in the beauty industry.
Dr.Timothy R. Sproule

Dr. Tim Sproule has been practicing in Toronto and Scarborough since 1987. His practice includes significant activity in the subspecialties of Aesthetic Surgery, Laser Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, Hand Surgery, Microsurgery, and Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Sproule graduated from medical school in 1980 from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. During his medical school years, he trained at Guy’s Hospital in London, England and also at Parkland Hospital, in Dallas, Texas, USA, where he worked extensively with severe burn victims, an experience that motivated him to continue training in Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Sproule was appointed a lecturer in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto in March of 1995.
Devi Narinesingh

Devi worked in the banking industry most of her life before emigrating to Canada several years ago. Before joining Chellsey’s Institute of Beauty & Health Inc., she managed Corporate accounts for an American company based here in Ontario, thus increasing her wealth of knowledge and experience. She has been with us for the past 6 years and has been an invaluable addition to the team.
Dr. Mansour Bendago

Dr. Mansour Bendago is a board certified Canadian Plastic Surgeon. M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Bendago is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Ontario Medical Association (OMA). Dr. Bendago is highly trained and specializes in plastic and cosmetic surgery to offer the best care and optimal results. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Ontario Medical Association (OMA). Dr. Bendago areas of expertise include liposuction, tummy tuck, breast lift and breast augmentation.
Dr. Saed Al-Habib

He is a specializes in breast reconstruction and augmentation, body contouring, complicated hand injuries along with a wide range of additional plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Dr. Al- Habib completed the residency program in Plastic Surgery at the University of Western Ontario (UWO).
Amera Gindi

Amira Gindi is the owner of TTMSpa & Markham Medical Spa, where she practices as a registered practical nurse with over 15 years of experience as an advanced aesthetic injector. With knowledge about a variety of neuromodulators, such as Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, as well as a variety of different aesthetic dermal fillers. Amira has completed specialty training in non-surgical procedures through several institutions for facial aesthetics and regularly participates in ongoing training and learning opportunities.
Jerrika Geneau

Nurse Jerrika has been in the healthcare field for 14 years. She started in medical laboratory sciences working in pathology and biochemistry where she found her passion for medical sciences and since has been involved with multiple research teams, with special interest in fitness supplementation and biomedical procedures.
On top of owning her own health and wellness clinic offering medical aesthetic procedures she also offers advanced biological injections for tissue healing in partnership with a chiropractor including PRP, Prolotherapy and vitamin injections.
Jerrika is a busy mom of 6, manages a full survive clinic as well as two remote clinics and is a fitness and health finatic. She is passionate about patient safety, and evidence based care.
Diana Mikhailian
Senior Aesthetics Instructor | Makeup Artistry Instructor (Mississauga Campus)
She has a way of making the world look even more beautiful. Since her childhood in Iran where her large and extended family consisted mainly of artists and painters who had immigrated from Russia, Diana has dreamed of traveling the world following her passion of teaching and practicing her makeup, beauty, and fashion skills.
Through hard work and an unstoppable attitude, she made that dream a reality. While still in Iran she diligently studied through University to become a Skin Care Specialist, next receiving her CIDESCO diploma in Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy. Arriving in Canada in 1989, Diana quickly established herself in the Beauty School industry in Toronto and continued to privately study with a Revlon Cosmetics company trainer to fine tune her talents and creative abilities. Teaching at the Chellsey Institute of Beauty & Health Inc since its inception, Diana continues to mentor and inspire her students with the message that anything is possible if you put your heart, passion, and soul into it. This is the real foundation of her remarkable career and the gift she leaves with each Chellsey graduate.
Vesna Delic
Aesthetics Instructor (Burlington Campus)
She completed Teacher’s College in Serbia and started her career teaching elementary classes for seven years in the public school sector. Upon arriving in Canada in 1993, Vesna completed her aesthetics training at the Toronto School of Esthetics and went on to practice at two leading salons in Yorkville and Sherway Gardens for the next 16-years, honing her knowledge of products and techniques which she gladly shares with her students.
Vesna uniquely combines her caring attitude and teaching abilities with the strong leadership skills necessary to make students feel secure in their new environments.
Diana Ceikinaite
Permanent Makeup Instructor (Mississauga Campus)
Diana graduated from Chellsey Institute of Beauty & Health in 2013 with a Diploma in Medical Aesthetics. She has since been working within the industry in Canada and Europe and has amassed a wealth of experience to date. Diana is passionate about beauty and fashion and went on to complete her Certification in Micro Blading and Permanent Make up. She has been a very successful Micro Blading Instructor here at Chelsey’s Institute since 2015. Diana is an excellent teacher who is caring, organized, self-motivated and very patient with her students.
Lisa Correia
Aesthetics & Laser Instructor (Mississauga Campus)
She completed her Medical & Advanced Aesthetics Diploma program at Chellsey Institute and has since been working as a Laser technician & Skin Therapist. Her passion for makeup and fashion at a young age, combined with her unyielding work ethic, has led to her working in the beauty industry for over 10 years.
Zonaira Lone
Admissions Advisor | Financial Aid Advisor
Zonaira graduated with a Marketing Diploma from Sheridan College in 2017 and worked in the Marketing field for 4 years following her studies. Her ambitious and business mindset led her to starting her own Photobooth and wedding entertainment business, Oh Snap! Photobooth Inc., in 2018. She has successfully operated her business and managed a team of 12 members. All throughout her late teenage years, she suffered from acne skin and did tons of research on how to treat it. While doing her research, she decided she wanted to help educate others that suffer from problematic skin just like her. She decided to enroll in the Skin Care Therapist Diploma Program at Chellsey Institute. In early 2020, she graduated from the program and has been working as the Admissions Advisor at Chellsey Institute since then. She cannot wait to meet with you and help you with your journey in Aesthetics!.
Amy Kerr
Aesthetics Instructor (Mississauga Campus)
Amy has worked in spas since 2004 from large day spas, to small spas and even running her own spa. She has been trained on product lines such as Dermalogica, Yon-ka, Eminence, and Gerard’s. In 2006 she received her Cosmetic Techniques and Management diploma from Sheridan College, in 2007 she received her Esthetics Diploma, and in 2012 she received her Adult Education certificate from Sheridan College. She has spent many years learning about different skin conditions and concerns, as well as what the latest treatments options out there. She also is constantly learning new techniques for teaching adults in a classroom setting.
Dr. Dhafer Al Gerrah

Dr. Dhafer Al Gerrah graduated with MBChB from University of Baghdad-Iraq, 1986. "I started Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Residency Program from 1990-1994. My training was based at the medical city teaching hospital in Baghdad, which is the largest teaching hospital in Iraq. During the year 1993, I was granted DLO (Diploma in Otolaryngology) and in 1994 I got the Iraqi Board in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. In 1999, I became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow-UK. In addition, I worked as an ENT Consultant & Head of Department at Al-Noor Private Hospital and was a member of the Scientific Committee. I am a Member of International Association of Stem Cell Transplantation USA, Professional Member of International Association for Stem Cell Therapy Switzerland. I am recognized for Stem Cell Therapy by DOM AVMM Lab. of Switzerland. Being interested in stem cells treatment for a variety of difficult medical conditions. Some of the research work I did was about tonsillotomy versus tonsillectomy, tongue base reduction by coblator and the use of chemoprophylaxis in total laryngectomy. I continue to be passionate about ENT with a great interest in rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic medicine."
